healthy eating

I've not always been a fan of healthy eating.
as of, like last month, ha!
i like to cook with lots of butter and sugar.

but, once i get into a rhythm of putting good things in my body, i don't want to stop.
it's what i crave. honest.

the positives of eating good food:
1. feeling great
no headaches
no afternoon slump
more energy
better sleep

2. my clothes fit better
and even a little bit looser (holler!)
it's easier to get dressed for the day when more things fit

3. i appreciate the flavor found in God-made foods
it's fun to cook when you explore the natural flavors of this earth

4. pounds lost
even without exercise (i know, i know...i need to add exercise, but sometimes it's just not happening)
but, with eating right i am dropping pounds easily.
